Our beef is raised without hormones or antibiotics and fed a balanced diet of grass, hay, and grain. Sold by the whole, half, or quarter.  Buyer pays processing separate to Odenthal Meats. Price is $2.25 per pound of hanging weight.  A typical whole costs about $1600 plus $600 processing; a half $800 plus $300 processing; quarter $400 plus $150 processing. Buyer places cuts of choice. 

We will be butchering in January and February of 2022.
