Our beef is raised without hormones or antibiotics and fed a balanced diet of grass, hay, and grain. Sold by the whole, half, or quarter.  Buyer pays processing separate to Odenthal Meats. Price is $2.50 per pound of hanging weight.  A typical whole costs about $2000 plus $800 processing; a half $1000 plus $400 processing; quarter $500 plus $200 processing. Buyer places cuts of choice. 

We will be butchering in January and February of 2024.
